Lorna Rose Workshop at Newbridge!

Newbridge Students had the opportunity to draw stitch with Artist Lorna Rose. Lorna worked with a range of students to personalize a stitch project based upon a theme of their choice. Some GCSE students used their chosen exam topics to explore stitching, some mastered the sewing machine for their Textiles course, others had support to make a costume for their Tim Burton project. Even our wider Health Care Team joined in too. We really enjoyed the opportunity to work with new approaches to drawing – especially when they have the positive outlook of Lorna.
