All our pupils are allocated a form team and a key worker.  The key worker is the member of staff who will have the most contact with the pupil’s parent or carer.  At Parkway we build strong relationships with our pupils’ families and work together, collaboratively to meet their needs.  Parents and carers are invited in formally once a term for a review.  If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), one of these reviews will be an annual review of their Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) and the other reviews are Plan, Do, Reviews (PDRs).  These are used to review personal and educational targets set for the pupils and to also review the personalised strategies used.
